Board Changes

The Board of IHUK is pleased to announce that, as part of its strategic planning for the future, Mr Roger Barlow will become Chairman with effect from 1st December 2009 having been a Non-Executive with the Group since July 2009.

Roger is a qualified accountant and is presently Chairman of the Marsden Building Society and Non Executive Director (and Chair of Audit) at the University Hospital of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust.

Richard Kilsby the present Chairman will remain as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
