The Board of Impact Holding (UK) plc (AIM: IHUK), the specialist lending
business, has been informed that Impact Capital Limited no longer maintains a
notifiable interest in the Company.
Furthermore, Mr Bruce Judge is now the beneficial owner of 20,800,000 Ordinary
5p Shares, having acquired the entire holding of 16,500,000 Ordinary Shares
owned by Impact Capital Limited. Mr Judge's total beneficial interest
represents approximately 18.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The above transaction was contractually entered into on 19 March 2008 but is
subject to deferred settlement terms.
