Impact Holdings (UK) plc (AIM: IHUK), the specialist lending business,
announces that on 28 March 2008 a total of 600,000 Options over the Company's
Ordinary Shares were granted to Mr Paul Davies, Chief Executive, pursuant to
The Impact CSOP Scheme.

Other members of staff were also granted Options on 7 March 2008.

The Options were granted at nil -consideration with an exercise price of 5p per
share and are exercisable after three years from the date of grant.

Following the grant, the interests of Directors in Options are as follows:
