The Company has been informed of the following transaction by a Director:

On 6 March 2008 Mr Paul Davies, Chief Executive, purchased 315,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company at a price of 2.5p per share. Following this purchase Mr
Davies' total holding of 640,000 shares, represents approximately 0.56 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
