Mr Paul Davies, Chief Executive, has purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 3.5p per share and a further 175,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 5p per share.. Mr Davies' total holding of 325,000 shares, represents
0.29 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
