Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6, Impact would like to notify the market of the following:

Impact's issued capital comprises 113,333,333 shares of common stock of par value 5 pence each. All of these shares carry voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Impact Holdings (UK) plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
