Can I get a copy of the Financial Report and Accounts?

The Company publishes its half yearly Interim Results in September and Annual Report in April.
Impact Holdings (UK) Plc Fiscal year is 1st April to 31st March. We also publish interims in December and finals in July

Impact Holdings UK Plc adheres to the International Accounting Standards (IAS) as its reporting standard.

What do I do if I lose my Share Certificate?

Though most Share Certificates are handled electronically now, if any shareholder requires a replacement share certificate, this can be obtained from 'Some Registrar'.

What happens if a Shareholder dies?

The Beneficiaries of the will should advise 'Some Registrar' and send a copy of the Death Certificate.

Can I receive corporate documents in electronic form?

Yes, they will be made available either via the Company web site or via direct Contact with the Financial Controller.
